These design packets are painted on are slate and canvas.  The designs are easy to adapt to other surfaces as well, such as wood.  With wood surface, remember to seal and sand before any painting. The instruction sheets are for the acrylic painters. Each design packet includes a full color photo, black and white line drawing and detailed painting instructions.
